All Over the Map trip designers create custom itineraries for busy people who are looking to truly experience all that a destination has to offer.
How does it work?
We start with a brief phone conversation to get to know you and your fellow travelers and what sorts of things you look for in your vacation.
We then craft a detailed questionnaire for each person traveling with you. Are you looking for a luxury boutique hotel? Or will a hammock on the beach with an outdoor shower suffice? Is there a foodie in the group? A soccer lover? Or maybe someone who needs a little quiet time every day?
Based on that information, we craft daily custom itineraries while keeping the needs and desires of each traveler in mind.
We work with you to find lodging that works best for you. From luxury hotels to apartment rentals to B&Bs, we will work with you to find something that matches your needs.

We get to know you and your family to be sure every member of the family has a vacation to remember.
We not only have lots of experience traveling ourselves but we have tons of connections in the travel community so if we don’t know the answer, we can find it quickly, from reliable sources who really know the place.
How much does it cost?
We will book lodgings and activities (when applicable) for you, in addition to developing a daily itinerary, for $50 per travel day. We have a minimum charge of $250 per trip. We require 50% of the total payment to begin, and the balance when we deliver your final itinerary.
Note that we do not book airfare, trains, or ground transportation, and we do not make restaurant reservations.
Once we have delivered your final custom itinerary, any further changes will be billed at $50 per half hour.
